Application Procedures

1. Complete a hard copy of the attached application form (which is also downloadable from www.sasanarakkha.org), and mail it to:

Malaysia

2. Once your form is received at the specified address, we shall acknowledge receipt via email. Thereafter, all correspondence will be done through email. If your application is successful, you will be notified ASAP and requested to confirm your attendance with a commitment fee of RM100. (Do not send the commitment fee upon application.) Others will be put on a waiting list

3. Selection is based on the following in descending order of importance:
a) Length of retreat
b) Applicant’s contribution to SBS
c) Early receipt of form at the specified address

We shall approve applications according to the above criteria in stages. Please be patient.

Application forms will not be processed if they are:

1. 1. sent by email
   2. incomplete (i.e., missing required information, e.g. email)
   3. illegibly filled out
   4. received after the closing date (2 May 2013
